Wall and Ceiling Heaters

Invroheat’s concept

Invroheat heaters use Carbon crystal electrothermal heating and low-temperature radiation. A new type of low-temperature radiation heating system is developed based on the core components of carbon crystals. Carbon crystal heating origin of electric heating: under the effect of electric fields, the heating element carbon molecular mass of molecular motion, produce severe friction and collision between carbon atoms, the heat is produced by the transfer in the form of far infrared radiation and convection, the conversion rate of the heat energy is as high as 97%. The carbon crystal heating system makes full use of the excellent heating characteristics of the carbon crystal board, and the poster is simultaneously heating up. The technology overcomes

the disadvantages of low heat and heat balance of traditional heating products. The reason Infrared heating is so much more efficient is because it prompts the human body to circulate blood to the areas that are being “touched” by the heat. The heaters are also environmentally friendly and consume up to 81% less energy than their counterpart standard convection heaters. The heaters also do not create nor circulate dust, smoke or noise that is caused by the convection of air by standard heaters.

The patented Dutch technology around created a flexible, lightweight and printable heater can revolutionize the world of space heating with many different applications and uses available around the heating technology.

Invroheat ceiling panels are based on clean, infrared nanotechnology and are extremely energy efficient. Infrared heat is invisible light with a large amount of energy. When the ‘light’ hits an object, the object heats up. The heat is immediately available. Preheating is not necessary. No energy is wasted heating the air. 99.6% of the electricity supplied is converted directly into heat. This will heat up the panel within 60 seconds and reach the maximum temperature within 2 minutes. For you, this means that when you walk into your cold room, you will experience the comfortable infrared radiation within two minutes.

Compared to other heating solutions, an infrared heater can reduce your monthly costs by up to 60%. Our ceiling heating consumes only 375 Watts per hour per panel. With the current average electricity price at 14 cents per kilowatt hour, this means that our heating panel uses only 0.05 cents per hour per panel.

Bring the sun into your home and experience the healthy infrared radiation. Infrared does not heat air and therefore does not extract oxygen from the room. Because the air is not constantly circulated, pollen, dust or aerosols are also not set in motion.

The panel does not contain any rotating or moving parts. That is why your panel does not require maintenance. Lastly, the ceiling panel does not produce any noise.

Infrared heating technologies are used in

• Large spaces that must counteract frequent loss of heat, such as warehouses, garages and airplane hangars

• Gym or spa -- infrared saunas are beginning to grow in popularity. New technology directs infrared rays toward bodies, warming them in a similar fashion as the sun's rays would, but without the UV rays.

• Saunas of the past relied on traditional methods of producing large quantities of heat to first warm the air and then the bodies in the sauna. Infrared heat skips the air and directly heats bodies far more efficiently.

Frequently Asked Questions ( source: FAQ - Ceiling.Green

Gray is standard, for larger quantities these are available in any (RAL) color. Mail to support@ceiling.green for quantity information.

Each set of 4 Ceiling.Green infrared panels has 1 master panel and 3 so-called ‘slaves’. With the remote control or thermostat you can set the master and this setting also applies to the ‘slaves’.

1.8kg.

The design is made in the Netherlands, then manufactured in Slovakia and assembled and printed in Breda (NL).

This differs per situation and how you currently heat the room. By comparison, with a meeting room of 32m2, you save approximately 60% on the gas bill.

We can offer you a project price on request, please send an email to: sales@ceiling.green.

A maximum of 5 panels can be connected to 1 thermostat (2000W / 10Amp in total).

We offer 2 year guarantee on the Ceiling.Green infrared panel. When the panels are installed by a recognized installation company we extend the guarantee to 5 years. We do however not recommend to install the panels yourself without the proper knowledge.

The length of the cord from panel to panel is 2.5 meters. The length of the cord to the socket is 1.5 meters, so the total length of the cable is 9 meters.

The Ceiling.Green ceiling panels convert 99.6% of the electricity into heat (patented solution). In addition, we customize your panel in any color, logo or with an image. If you decide to change the image of the panel, just order a new printed foil. No other supplier can offer this (Patent pending). In addition, we offer you a competitive price and excellent after sales. Also, our product is designed in Holland and produced in the EU

You can send an email to: support@Ceiling.Green for all other questions.

For the best result, the ceiling should be between 2.5 and 3 meters high. Above 3 meters feeling the heat will be difficult (unless the panels are lower than the ceiling of course).

A Ceiling.Green panel is approximately 120/130 degrees Celsius while being used.

The average delivery time is between 3 and 6 weeks and depends also on the size of the order.

No, the panels are not designed for outdoor use.

No, only authorised resellers can take care of this for you.

You will get the best result if you choose an image with a high resolution (1600×1600 pixels). The upload module also gives a signal when you work with images with a too low resolution. You can still use the photo on the panel, but the result can be disappointing.

It is always possible to order a new image for the panel. If you would like different images or photos, you can re-upload your design in the module on our website. The new image will be sent to you after 5 working days. You can remove the old image and carefully attach the new one to the panel (see also the instructional video).

Yes, it is possible to paste a different image on each panel.

On the website, a so-called upload module will be made available for products where your own image/photo can be added. In addition, you can add text, backgrounds and figures in this module. After drawing up the complete design, you can confirm the order and the system will check whether the resolution will be good enough for the desired print. You can then finalize and pay. Once completed, your design will be loaded into our system for processing.

Our glue is made from water based natural rubber.

We use a water based latex ink.

No, you must use an inverter to 220V.

No, the system ceiling panels do not dampen sound.

Yes the panels are moisture resistant, but they should not get wet.

Yes, the configuration/specification is the same as the 220V version.

No, they work on 220V.

This is a maximum of 9 panels. However, we recommend that you connect a maximum of 8 panels to a free group, which is 2 sets.

No a grounded outlet is not required.

The length of the cord from panel to panel is 2.5 meters. The length of the cord to the socket is 1.5 meters, so the total length of the cable is 9 meters.

0.4kW per panel, so 4 panels consume 1.6kW per hour peak.

The required power of one Ceiling.Green panel is 400W. So 4 panels provide 1600W of power. Each 50W heats approximately 1m2, so with these 1600W available you can heat approximately 32m2 (depending on the insulation of the room and the height of the ceiling, of course).

There is currently one size of the Ceiling.Green panel available (59.5×59.5cm).

It only takes 30 seconds for the Ceiling.Green heating panel to heat up and after about 2 minutes the panel is at its operating temperature.

If you have panels of 120x60cm, you can also order a “couple-frame”. You can cut the existing plate to size. Other sizes will not fit.

The dimensions of the ceiling panel are 59.5×59.5cm and they will fit exactly in a system ceiling of 60x60cm.

No, only authorised resellers can take care of this for you.

No, not yet, this feature will be added later.

Yes, this function is by standard available on the thermostat.

You can set the Ceiling.Green infrared panels with the thermostat to a higher or lower temperature.

Our standard thermostat does not work with WiFi, but you can also order a WiFi thermostat.
